by Online Shopper, Dec 15, 2009 When I place an order and get UPS reciept, I expect to recieve item. I shouldn't have to go searching for it 10 days later. Should have been notified the day I placed the order that it was not available. Now its 2 late to reorder this item for Christmas.

by Online Shopper, Dec 14, 2009 The original problem was my fault but it was very difficult to correct the problem. I tried to online but got no response. When I talked to a Customer Service person she was very courteous and resolved the problem immediately.
