by Online Shopper, Dec 09, 2009 Still need to return a couple pairs. One=too small; second= not my style. Disappointed that Zappos doesn't have the too small pair in the next size up. The third pair I kept were exactly what I wanted and fit perfectly (I'm wearing them now)!

by Online Shopper, Dec 09, 2009 Have used Zappos numerous times over past few yrs being VERY satisfied overall. MINOR disappointment w/recent Order was restriction of UPS del'y to Street address which extended delivery time by 2-3 days as opposed to a USPS Priority if PO Box was used.

by Online Shopper, Dec 09, 2009 I love the shoes, the color was just as pictured online, and Zappos had the smaller sizes. Unfortunately, the shoes were so scuffed when I got them I can't possibly keep them. They were supposed to be brand new, but they look worn out.

by Online Shopper, Dec 07, 2009 Zappos rocks! UPS sucks. My UPS driver informed me that the person who took his route over the Thanksgiving weekend chose not to deliver a lot of packages, and they were just left on the truck when he came back to work.
