by Online Shopper, Dec 09, 2009 I order a very small package, and it took three weeks to receive my item. The tracking provided my the USPS is horrible. It does not show the actual progress of the item.I would STRONGLY suggest you use UPS or FEDEX.

by Online Shopper, Nov 10, 2009 I shopped all over the web for a Denon D-M37s shelf system. Beach Audio had the best price by far -- better even than all the gray market dealers. Service and communication also excellent. Easy tracking and fast shipping. I couldn't be happier!

by Online Shopper, Nov 10, 2009 I will not be receiving my order. I was called by customer service the day before I was to receive my order and was told that it was cancelled as they did not carry the item. Was told I would be getting a refund but have yet to receive my refund.

by Online Shopper, Oct 20, 2009 The PC is great but it was shipped without manuals or a backup dvd for the operating system. I am going through a small bit of hell trying to find a compatible dvd format for the recorder to make a backup. Other than that issue the computer is wonderful.
