by Online Shopper, Dec 16, 2009 Called to see when special banner would be delivered as it was needed for upcoming event. Customer service rep said she would put a note in to supplier and banner was indeed shipped intime for the event - when it was scheduled to arrive 3 days after.

by Online Shopper, Dec 16, 2009 Delivery of my order took longer than should have. I continued to be pushed around to different companies by Customer Support as well as carrier and second carrier. After complaining to Customer Support, I still had to deal directly to resolve issue.

by Online Shopper, Dec 16, 2009 Found same item on sale at Fry's for a lower price but I had already placed my order with Office Depot. Had trouble finding rebate form. Waited for delivery on Monday. Notice said by 5pm but it was not delivered until 6pm.

by Online Shopper, Dec 15, 2009 The only thing I had a problem with is when the package arrived it was not in a shipping box. It was the product and the invoice. I called customer service to see if the product had been shipped or if you dropped It off and the woman was clueless.
